so far we had one session
with another drummer and it worked pretty fine, but we think it's a bit
too early to say more.
besides we finally
decided to publish our tour diary from BVSF tour in february 2011. very
personal stuff, very original handwriting, very german. read it

our small world keeps
spinning around josef. now he managed to get a scholarship for his MA
studies in stockholm, something he just can't miss out. but that just
means sadly we gonna meet twice a year for a few sessions at least for
the next one and a half years. so we gonna try out to practice with
another drummer and see what's coming out then.

so.. after the japan thing
and being a few weeks back at home drummer josef moved to shanghai to
complete his BA studies with an international internship in asia. he's
gonna stay there until september. so sorry again for not being able to
play shows until then, but be sure we gonna write some new songs during
that time as far as it is possible without josef's drumming. see you,

o.k. josef went to
yokohama on march 10th - just to be back a few days later. he
experienced the earthquake live and decided to get away feeling
increasingly unsafe staying less than 200 miles away from the main atom
disaster. hm. so.. the global human being shows his sorrow about japan.
the friend is happy having josef back healthy while feeling sorry for
his shitty trip. and the kenzari asks.. 'where did we stop?' making the
usual call to arrange a date for the next rehearsal like a thousand
times before.

hey.. drummer josef is
going to japan for six months. but don't worry, we're not gonna quit
because of this, we're not gonna break up the band and we will be right
back at the end of this year with another tour. unfortunately just looks
like we won't be able to play shows until october, but.. we're already
curious about what comes to our minds during that time.. be sure we
gonna let you know..
meanwhile: buy our new
album and listen to it, because it is pretty cool. XOXOooo

hey everybody. we're back
from the official album tour and except for some runny noses we're quite
fine. it all worked out very well, so thanks a lot to all those many
people who came to see us for making this tour a f***ing great one. and
here is a list of certain persons who have to be made responsible for

show in munich at kafe marat was canceled just the day before, so we
hardly had any chance to refuse the invitations early enough. anyway,

'bavarian band of the week'. live in studio, video
interview, playing two songs there and so on. we gonna be on air at 5:30

unfortunately the official release date was rescheduled but luckily we
got a confirmed date now. so on february 4th 2011 the new album will be

o.k. this is it. we're finally able to announce our second album "body
vs. function" will appear in late 2010 on blunoise records. ten new
songs were pressed on CD and 180 grams vinyl incl. a download code. we
think guido lucas did a very good job at blubox, cause he managed to
make us sound pretty much loud and clear with no less live-roughness and
typical kenzariness anyway. so check it. you can find a free download
song and a skipping-through-the-album in our media section or on our
myspace.
the album title
describes a situation of contrary interdependency of self-perception of
an object, a body or content and its function, usage, intention or
concreteness within its surroundings (so being versus have/do, or for
example inner versus outer image), but however it still leaves enough space for
interpretation, what should become apparent when reading the
lyrics.
before the official release date in nov./dec. the new
album will be sold on a promotional tour in germany in september and you
can also order a copy now by writing us. so see you. xoxo

hey hello! we're back from blubox where
we recorded a new album with guido lucas. we had a good
time there and we're curious about the release already now. more at a
later time..
further on we were invited to support KEN at 59:1 in munich on
april 25th and we're looking forward to see some of you there! XO

dear people. we have spent a lot of time writing
new songs, so now finally we're gonna record a new album with
guido lucas at the blubox studio in troisdorf in februar
2010. for a long time guido has worked with bands like CRAVING or
BLACKMAIL and many other famous ones, and we're looking forward to meet
him. unfortunately it will still take some time up to the release date
(likely fall 2010).
by the way there were quite less shows in fall than we intended to play.
that was just because we stuck right in the middle of our working
process on the new stuff and so it soon didn't seem possible or clever
to make more. hope you understand.
for

hey everybody... we're very happy our new split-LP/CD came out
right in time before our first release shows, haha! we had two awesome
evenings in braunschweig and berlin so thanks to everyone who
came out to see us and get our new stuff! we're looking forward to our
next shows, especially the south germany release shows in munich
and rosenheim, where we gonna play again with our dear friends
NIHILISTS and TRIP FONTAINE! check the dates!
to us the new record sounds really good, the vinyls are pretty as vinyls
can be (clear vinyl, rough side cover print) and the CD and also our new
shirts look very nice, too!
you can buy shirts when coming to one of our shows or order it by
writing us. vinyl lovers should be quick cause as mentioned the
LPs are limited to 222 pieces so order it now by writing to

there's a new song taken from our upcoming split-LP/CD with NIHILISTS
online. check it on our myspace. the split's gonna be out in late
november by millipede records, the LP's
will be clear vinyl (mmmh... tasty!!) and they're limited to 222 pieces.
so if you want vinyl for sure, better
preorder it by writing to info@millipederecords.de.
so the tourdates are on too, we're just still
waiting for a confirmation from basel or zurich for our show on dec
31th. but the thing's uncertain, so if you want us to show up at your

yeeeha. soon we're ready to announce tourdates
for the split tour with our dear friends NIHILISTS. as far as now i can
tell we gonna be in freiburg, cologne, wuerzburg and of course at K4 in
nuremberg again.

oh my god... ENVY (holy shit, JAP) will destroy the orangehouse
in munich on november 18th and we're are pretty lucky to

so the new stuff for our upcoming split is
recorded. NIHILISTS gonna have four songs (because they're longer) and
KENZARI'S five on it. there's gonna be 200 vinyls and some
more CDs released by millipede records in late november.
we
are very glad that the recordings seem to sound more rough and authentic
than they do on our last album BBC. you know this time we're pretty much
involved in the mixing progress and anyway our sound engineer is a
really good guy.
we are booking the tour together with NIHILISTS these days and we gonna
be on the road from dec 28th until jan 5th. so if you want us to play in
your town, write us.

tadaaa... guess it's time to announce our next
release. it shall appear in late fall this year on millipede records
and it's gonna be a split together with some of our very best
friends the NIHILISTS from braunschweig. it will come along as a
longplayer cause each band's gonna put 4-5 songs in terms of an EP on
it. we started having prerecording sessions already and the guys are
just finishing their songs.
you know... because NIHILISTS and KENZARI'S
love each other, this is something we gonna put our hearts into like we
do always and anyway. more information soon. take care *

so we played with OVO (ITA) the first time and we got to
say it was quite more than just impressive. don't miss to see them live
wherever you got the chance to. we're lucky to show up with them in
hamburg again...
there's a fistful of new links in the friends section really

hey... finally ;) we managed to update that myspace thing
again... there are more pictures, videos, an extended top friends list
and also a new song "we like to lose the now" taken from our last
album "black box consciousness" on. hopefully it can bridge the time gap
a bit until we will record new songs. so download it for free, check all

oh sorry for writing late... "it became
quiet about the KENZARI'S" - you may think so. but the truth is: we're
still retiring and writing new songs and it works just
exellently. i mean writing songs. retiring's limited by some very
inviting shows we can't and of course also don't want to decline.
so go on being curious about what's planned concerning to our next
recordings, release, tour and so on. because we do plan. but
we're not gonna give anything away now, that would be too early at this
moment.

hey there... please don't worry cause we announced
less new shows for the next months than maybe you're used to. we're
trying to retire for some time to our rehearsal room for writing new
songs and planning our next release. so stay alive, be curious and wait
patiently for things that may come.

it was just not possible to play cause one of us got heavily sick. but
don't worry, he's well again, so now we're looking forward to meet the

hey... we're back from our second album
tour this year... so let me give you some short impressions: cool
shows and nice people as always, high hygiene standards (shower every
day possible) and party nearly every f***ing day. now we need some days
for reconvalescence cause some of us got sick. but we gonna start
writing new songs very soon (one could already be heard live) and of
course upload some tour photos, too. i promise this time it won't take
too long.

let us stay in their places, cooked food, visited concerts and so on.

means finally our homepage is complete again! the new site includes lots

hey everybody... as you see we have announced the
tourdates for our next tour in november. uhhh... you know,
this is a hard work because we're still booking on our own. nonetheless
also this time it went all good, so there's only one day off left on
nov.6th but anyway we're trying to get a show that day too. let's see...
finally we put up the first stuff belonging to our
black box release tour in april/06. it's a small tour
video to the song "romance sedated, focus far" including lots of
pictures and moving units too. it was cut by our dear friend and driver
senior daCruz aka hugorilla. enjoy it!

summer, less web. hmm but... we had some cool shows this summer and we were
very happy to support JR EWING (NOR), SOMETREE and others.
but let me give you a short preview for fall 2006: we're planning a
small one-week-tour in november, from about 3th to 11th. for
example there's gonna be shows in berlin, frankfurt and our first show ever in
cologne, but we'll announce the complete tourdates soon so watch
out!
besides, don't miss to come to our show at sunny red in munich with our dear friends THE NIHILISTS and also our
labelmates THE DIE IS CAST cause these guys rock like hell, yeah!

webflyer for the concert in regensburg at kulturspeicher on
july 3rd with BOYSETSFIRE (USA). unfortunately TRIBUTE TO NOTHING (UK) who were
supposed to support BSF too, canceled their show. but don't miss the
rest!!
the day after, on july 4th, the second part of the video shootings
to our song "radiate the endorphine II" takes place in munich at
sunny red. we also need your support there a lot, so be there
between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m., be an extra, get free drinks and food and
enjoy a free show of KENZARI'S MIDDLE KATA and also LILAC
(singer/songwriter from czech republic) after that. please help us

hey everybody... as you see we're in with a new face. but please don't

our debut album "black box consciousness" is coming out on
april 10th, 2006. so here is one new song for download:

album is signed by millipede records (nuremberg) and distributed by
broken silence. watch out for reviews in different fanzines the next
weeks. besides, there will also appear one more new song on
miyagi records (hamburg) in may 2006.
some songs from the "when error is the idea" EP 2004 are still on
our myspace profile for download. the EP is sold out and can't be
ordered at millipede's online store and other mailorders anymore, but we
gonna have a few left on tour.
there's gonna be two album-release shows. one in munich and one
in nuremberg from where we gonna start our germany tour
immediately. we are really looking forward to be on the road again and
to see hopefully many of you again. can't wait. our dear friend senior
daCruz aka hugorilla from the subrosa falcon ass. is gonna drive us all
the way so... this is supposed to become a very nice time!
